After our AC handler in our attic led to a major mold problem in our bathroom ceiling and drywall, we were incredibly stressed. We called One Restoration, and from the first phone call, they were outstanding. They did a thorough inspection of our damages. They explained the entire remediation process, including the use of containment equipment to prevent any spread. They provided an estimate we could submit to our ac contractor. ​ The crew was professional, punctual, and meticulous. They treated our home with respect, and the containment area was incredibly well-sealed. They removed all the affected materials and cleaned the area thoroughly. The company also handled the rebuild beautifully, and you would never know there had been a problem. ​ We can't thank them enough for their professionalism, communication, and for giving us our home—and our peace of mind—back.
